Most port freight passes through two or three companies before it reaches you — each adding margin and passing the blame. We put drayage, devanning, warehousing and delivery back inside one team. Here's why that matters.
The traditional chain runs forwarder → trucking company → warehouse, and every link says the problem belongs to the next one. At PortLink, dock to door is one company: one rate confirmation, one invoice, one person who answers the phone.
Every carrier and driver in our network is verified before their first load and operates to our written service standard. You shouldn't have to background-check trucking companies — that's our job.
Our warehouse sits in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley, about an hour from the NY/NJ ports — close enough that containers reach the dock the same day they're picked up, far enough to escape port-area real-estate prices.
English and Chinese, by phone, WhatsApp or email — someone you can actually reach. We work to Amazon FBA, Wayfair and Walmart inbound requirements, and we understand the seller's calendar: launches, peak season, stockouts. Every day counts.
